QCC is pleased to host the Restorative Community Foundation. The Restorative Community Foundation has been organized to create a structured process for local governments, social agencies, schools and community leaders to evaluate the strengths of the Restorative Justice movement, educate themselves, and decide how to apply its practices.  RCF meets at noon on the third Tuesday of each month at QCC
